Privacy, Shipping & Refund Policies

We consider your privacy as of the utmost importance. We do not disclose or share any information about you to any third party, except to complete your transactions. If you have questions about our privacy policy please contact us.

We only ship to U.S. addresses.  

* Orders are processed within 24 hrs. Monday-Friday (except holidays). We offer Free Standard Ground (4-7 business days) OR  Priority Flat Rate 2-3 day delivery on all items.  Sorry, we Do Not offer Expedited Overnight Shipping.

* If you are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico we highly recommend selecting "Priority Shipping Rate"  at check out to avoid significant delays. Your location can play a major role in actual delivery time. 

* NOTE: We do not recommend shipping to "International Package Forwarding Company" addresses. Your package could be lost, delayed or returned. We will not be responsible in that case. If you wish to order from another country, we would recommend asking friends or family, living in the U.S., to forward the package to you.

An email tracking number is sent automatically the instant your shipping label is printed. Please allow 12-24 hrs. for the online tracking info to appear on the carriers website. Postal Mail or UPS (our choice), depending on the product. Please watch your Spam or Junk folder and add our domain to your email white list.

Returns & Product Replacement Policy

* Accepted Returns must be unopened and remain sealed. No returns after 30 days.
Please contact us through our contact form for return authorization before returning items. Include order number, and reason for return.  We will respond within 1 working day. Please do not return items until you hear from us regarding the return.

* If any items are damaged in transit, they will be promptly replaced. If you want to attach photographs, please contact us through our contact form and attach pictures as .jpg or.png.

* Upon receiving your unopened sealed items, you will be refunded for the amount of the items, less our original shipping costs associated with the items and a 15% re-stocking fee.

* We are sorry, but we cannot refund shipping charges unless the return is the result of our error, such as wrong or defective product.
